What happens during a hearing assessment?

A hearing assessment includes a case history, otoscopy (looking in the ears), wax removal ( if needed) and a series of hearing tests completed in a soundbooth. We explain results and review next steps (monitoring, medical referral if needed, or hearing solutions).

How long is a hearing appointment?

Most adult hearing assessments take about 60 minutes. Hearing aid consultations, fittings, and follow-ups vary depending on each case

Do you offer hearing aids?

Yes. We provide hearing aid recommendations based on your hearing needs, lifestyle, dexterity/vision considerations, and budget. We also provide fittings, adjustments, verification (real-ear measures when appropriate), and follow-up care.

Hearing Aids

Are rechargeable hearing aids a good option?

Rechargeable hearing aids can be an excellent choice for many people because they reduce battery handling and are convenient. Suitability depends on your hearing needs, daily usage, and preferences.

Do you provide custom hearing aids (like CIC/IIC)?

Custom hearing aids may be an option for some people depending on ear anatomy, degree of hearing loss, and hearing goals. We can discuss whether custom styles are appropriate and what to expect.
